I don’t care spoil me hehe.I haven’t read this lately, but is this present storm? Or is it one of the time travel things cause I remembered she rocked a Mohawk in the 80’s.You know I’m confused about? Why no one even questioned the mohawk. Like Storm shows up with half her hair shaved off and they’re just like “Cool, sup Storm.” No “wow, thats a new look” or “when’d you decide to do that?” just “Sure I’ll come away with you to fight, no way there’s something off about this.”
uh, do you mind spoilers?
Okay well it’s present day storm, but after Cyclops goes off with her and they start fighting she turns and kisses him (pictured above) and he’s like “woah, somethings up. Storm wouldn’t do that, she’s married and she knows I’m dating Emma. SHENANIGANS!” and then it turns out that she’s really Storm from an alternate universe, and she came and got Cyclops to take him into her universe so her and this dude called “the Saviour” could lock him in a chamber that takes power from mutants and uses it to keep the world from falling apart. Long story short, this doesn’t fly with him and he breaks out, along with alternate universe Emma (Emmelline Frost-Summers), Nightcrawler (who’s like 12), Kitty Pryde (Katherine Pride/Shadow—also Shadow is a totally cooler name than Shadow Cat or the other million things she went by) and Wolverine (James Howlett. He has a mustache and his claws are all different and awesome). They eventually figure out the Saviour is Charles Xavier (BUT WITH LONG, PRETTY BLOND HAIR!) and they shut his shit down cuz hes nuts. Last we see, the whole world is falling apart and Cyclops leaves. THE END.
Actually it was a really good arc, which is awesome because the last couple ones from Astonishing X-Men have sucked.
